So well known that I did not include on this list. So let’s get into the top 20 best e-commerce tools and services and let’s start off by I’m gonna first list out the first 10 and then we’ll dive in deep to each of the other 10 and then I’ll list the next 10 and dive in deep to all those.

Number one is online jobs dot pH it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done is buying a month of service on their I’ll explain why it’s a way to get virtual assistants number two Google sheets and Docs number three little script which is a very powerful tool if you use it correctly number four is Google Analytics number five is up work number six 99designs which I’ve used to design the logo for performance nut butter number seven is fiver number eight is jungle scout number nine email one for Amazon the email one frames oh sorry I broke down in my notes here it’s a tool that’s really good for email let’s pause right here actually number nine is feedback genius which is a great tool for Amazon sellers and number ten is hot Josh. So let’s go in-depth and talk about each one of the top these top ten ones and then either in the next episode or later in this episode we’ll go over the next ten. So number one online jobs dot pH I’ve made a ton of YouTube videos about it I even had a few Millicent’s podcast and earlier podcast talking about the benefits of hiring a virtual assistant and I do think it is one of the best things I’ve ever done for my business if you really want to go out and make a huge impact on your productivity hire a virtual assistant I no joke think you will three extra productivity because not only are you doubling it right away because you have an extra 40 hours in the week or however many hours you work but on top of that what it makes you do is it makes you be a little bit more strategic on where you spend your time it makes you come up with formulas basically algorithms on how you’re gonna do different tasks and ultimately that’s what being a business owner is it frees up your mind to come up with new creative ideas new creative ways of doing things and hiring a virtual assistant hands down the best thing to ever have done for my business and online jobs up he is a great way to find a virtual assistant specifically in the Philippines which is what I highly recommend because it’s very inexpensive they’re very grateful for the jobs to my virtual assistant is actually going to be editing this podcast and you tell the whole time that you you know he thinks it’s the best job he loves his job and it’s not very expensive which is nice because I don’t know especially in the early days of my businesses if I could have hired an American in fact I could have hired an American assistant to do the tasks that he’s doing but he doesn’t just as well as an American could they’re sure there’s some tasks that hiring a virtual assistant the Philippines is harder but they speak pretty good English and not not everyone in the Philippines speaks great English but you can find people to speak really good English that are going to be a third the price of an American virtual and assistant or an American assistant.

If you go to effectiveecommerce.com / online jobs you can use my link to sign up and I get a little bit of credit for that. So as a thank you I will give you a free one-on-one consultation it’s also just a way to support the podcast if you don’t want that consultation and it it is I think it’s a $49 a month service but you only need to sign up for it as long as you’re looking for a virtual assistant. So I only signed up for one month found a virtual assistant that I had for two years and then when she ended up having to leave which was my own fault I’ll explain I talked about that in the virtual assistant. So when she ended up having to leave I signed up for another one-month session I even lent a friend of mine use my account and I don’t remember I don’t even think I asked for money for it I think I just let him use it for free and then anybody’s moral distorted being it’s well worth it and I think they do have a 30 day money back guarantee. So if you join and you don’t find an assistant then you can get your money back or if you want to be mean you can just get your money back probably anyways which I originally when I signed up that was my plan was just to sign up for a 30 day trial and get my money back but they offered such great service that I felt like they deserved the money.

Anyways number one online jobs at pH number two Google sheets and Google Docs I think this is often overlooked especially with the older crowds that you know people that use Yahoo as their email and all that kind of stuff but Google sheets and Google Docs are a great way to organize great way to share information with virtual assistants there I swear about them I use them all time if any time you’re using a spreadsheet you should be using a Google Doc instead any time in your Google sheet instead anytime you’re using a word document you should be using a Google Doc instead why because you can access it from anywhere on any computer it seamlessly sure you can use Dropbox to sync up things but Google Docs and Google sheets works better for in my opinion for documents then Dropbox I mean Dropbox can work sometimes I don’t even know if I have Dropbox on this list funny enough. So that might be a bonus one right there’s Dropbox I’ll put that as a bonus maybe I’ll talk about that later in this episode Dropbox is a great tool as well.

Another thing that makes Google sheets and Google Docs. So powerful is this thing called Google scripts and what Google scripts is it’s code that you can write then we’ll automatically do things for you in using let’s say Google sheets. So one example of how I use this Google script is we even we have a sheet that has all our inventory we keep track of all our inventory for be dancer and I was actually able to write some code that went in and compared our website let’s hold on a second all right and I was actually able to write some code that went in and checked our inventory on that Google sheet with our actually the code pulled in the data from our website which is not that hard to do and then compared it to what we had in inventory and you can hire someone to do this but this this is a little trick that a lot of people don’t know and what I would have normally had to do is pay for an inventory control service which can be a 300 bucks a month I was able just to write the code relatively quickly for a basic one not sure I’m betting maybe I would buy a higher-end inventory management system but when starting out being able to just write a little bit of code or I could have probably even hired someone for a hundred or two hundred dollars to write the code for me it’s a great tool I highly recommend looking at what what you can do with Google script anything that you have people manually do with Google sheets you could probably automate it using Google scripts. So look at that number four and I promise this will be the last of the Google tools for at least a little while if nothing this is the last of the Google tools Google Analytics the power of Google Analytics it is the most powerful free tool I think that there is out there for e-commerce if you don’t have it installed yet you need to get that done yesterday because that is the most important thing but also if you have it installed you’re collecting all this data you want to make sure you know what you’re doing with it I do have an episode earlier in this podcast and I do know some YouTube videos on Google Analytics. So I recommend checking those out but the things you can do I could have done a whole podcast on the Google Analytics I was gonna say I could do a whole podcast on Google Analytics but it is. So powerful it’ll give you. So much more information and insights into your business it’ll help optimize your business in ways you may never have thought about before. So the next service that I have listed here is upwork once again if you haven’t ever hired someone as a freelancer to do something work I say go below $50 and just hire someone to do a task that you’ve been thinking about doing yourself just. So you can learn what it’s like I know I said there were below the $50 like you’re just wasting it you’re not spend that money figuring out what it is and go into it thinking that to lose the money because you won’t actually lose the mind you’ll end up getting work done you’ll learn some valuable skills but I think outsourcing the more you can outsource especially if it’s cheap that cheap outsourcing the better your business is gonna thrive you can hire someone for five dollars an hour to do something even if it takes them double as long as it would take you unless your time you think your time is only worth ten dollars an hour you’re making money remember you time has value you’re gonna figure out what the value of your time is let’s say for me I value my time very highly to me it’s a hundred one hundred fifty dollars minimum an hour and. So if I can hire someone for less than that to do something that I would be doing then you know what it’s worth it for me now most stuff that I do at this point is high level stuff that is very difficult for me to hire. So I’m going to do you know it’s high level business decisions but on the early days in the early days it was basic stuff like photo editing and this and that all this boring stuff and you know I was doing basically manual entry just type stuff. So when I hired someone for five dollars an hour.
