7 Amazon FBA Secrets That Will Double Your Sales (WITH PROOF)

In this video, I will be showing you how to take your Amazon to the next level and increase sales. Currently, I am lucky that I have one product (Performance Nut Butter) that gives me about $50,000 per month in sales. However, it took a long time to get to that point. I struggled a lot for the first few years in Ecommerce. While I am happy with my current sales, I admit that have been kind of lazy and have not done anything to grow my sales. This time, I will be trying different methods to do this. I met up with my friend, James, and we went over everything.

Below are some important ways on how you can grow your sales:

Add a Coupon Code
One of the things that is good about this is that it makes your product stand out. People are going to be attracted to your listing with the presence of the coupon code.

To add a coupon code, go to Advertising and then Coupons. Click Create Your First Coupon. To proceed, you need to add products. You can do this by going to Manage Inventory. After adding, click Next Step. Add how much discount you would like to give and the coupon budget. Please note that every time your coupon is redeemed, there is a $0.60 charge. However, you can just see it as an advertising fee as it is a very powerful way to get people to see your listing.

After this, add Coupon Title, Target Customers and Start and End Dates. Last step is to submit coupon. It may take hours before it goes live.

Add a Video
This is another way to increase conversion rate. One of the things to keep in mind when creating your own video is to be as visual as possible. While there is a voiceover, features should also written in text. Through this, people are still able to understand even if they are watching without the audio on. The words also help accentuate the benefits.

To upload a video, go to Advertising then Enhance Brand Content. Put in the SKU of the product you want to add the video to. Click Get Started and then Add Video. Click Upload Video and select the video you’d like to upload. You can also add a thumbnail. Make sure that it is something that people would want to click on. For the Video Title, try to include as many keywords as possible. The last part is the video description which is 400 characters in length.

Review PPC
To do this, go to Advertising then Campaign Manager. Go to Advertising Reports. For the report period, I suggest that you customize it. Once you’ve done creating the report, you can click Download. Once you open it in Excel, you can do a lot of things. For me, I like to see what are the winners. From those keywords, you can create a new exact match campaign.

Increase New SKUs
This is one of the biggest ways to increase your sales on Amazon. Instead of optimizing just one product, you can learn from what you currently have. From there, you can launch a new one. In my case, I will be launching a Performance Nut Butter Cacao as a new flavor soon. I looked up my top competitor and their top-selling product is chocolate flavored nut butter. As my product does not stand for dairy and sugar, I decided on the cacao flavor instead.

Banner Ads
There are different types of Amazon ads you can run. There are Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. Under Sponsored Products, there is keyword targeting and product targeting. For Sponsored Brands, there are Banner Ads.

Keyword targeting – If someone types in Amazon and you want to rank at the top of the page, this is what you should go for
Product targeting – You can advertise on a competitor’s page or any product-related page.
Banner Ads – These are the banner ads you see at the top of the search.

To run banner ads, you should technically have three SKUs.This is a bit tricky for me as I only have two SKUs currently. One workaround for this is sending in a bundle which would be my third product. The ROI of banner is supposedly insane and this is something that I would really like to try.
