This is vlog number three. Today I’m going to actually be getting a business bank account for Performance Nut Butter we’re working on some of the packaging for Performance Nut Butter a few of the things that I got to do for that but I’m also I’m up here in Valencia. So I’m going to be working at the bee dancer facility I got to do a lot of different things one of the things very small you know seems like almost a silly thing I need to do is work on the computers that’d Bdancewear they’re all running really slow I’m think I’m just going to add some RAM to them but it’s really important my computer personally I spent about $1300 on the computer which isn’t insane but I recommend having a good computer. So I’m going to be doing that I’m working on Amazon I’m working on a few other random things like I set them up here in Valencia when I’m in Valencia I usually stay at my parents place Valencia is where the beauty answer facility is my parents also happen to live here. So it’s a beautiful spot you know I don’t think I really respected it when I was a kid but hey I’m pretty lucky to be able to live somewhere my parents got lucky they moved here back in the day when it was like garlic farms here onion farm something like that and since then the whole place is uh a lot nicer. To start off this vlog here’s some of the top tips from the e-commerce mastermind here at bulletproof café. Let’s grab tip would be to have good content that’s related to niche and it doesn’t have to be something that’s like picture of your office it should be related to niche and something that’s interesting I catching that people will get value from and then also network with other people within your space within your nation like make groups like make like comment groups like each other’s posts like comment on each other’s things together at the same time and that’s gonna make you grow that’s gonna give you more exposure and that’s gonna give you more hopefully go viral but not just like a whole another.

 

I’ll talk about that leaders you need a large network of big pages you know it’s called social read you need to make like the like you could DM people ask them hey are you part of a group already and if you just some might not even know what you’re talking about but the people who are enable know what you’re talking about just yeah message a lot of people and explore and network you just send a lot of messages. I recommend you make a chronology of everything you work on from the beginning. In this Video, we’re gonna talk about advanced store setup. So by this point in the course you should already have your site ready for the most part it should be at the point where people could buy from you if they wanted to it’s not gonna be perfect but that’s the whole point of this course is that you’re going to iterate. So you’re gonna put up your site it’s gonna be basic and then we’re gonna go into the SEO then we’re gonna do the advanced store set up things like that. So what are we going to talk about in this module well here’s some of the things we’re going to talk about one of the first things we’re going to talk about is how to set up the support pages what I mean by this is about us things like that some of the other things we’re going to talk about is customized automated emails email capture category pages optimizing for conversions and the retail setting up a retargeting pixel. So let’s dive into all these a little bit. So you know what each of these different lessons will be about.

So the first one we’re gonna talk about is setting up the support pages. So what do I mean by the support pages I mean things like the about Us page the contact us page FAQ and all the other pages like that these are things like the shipping policy any page that isn’t necessarily directly related to purchasing these were these are what I consider support pages and there’s a lot of customization that can be done this is where you can stand out this is the pages where you can really differentiate yourself from the big companies out there. So let’s go over all ten of the ways really quickly now and then later in this video we’ll go into each one of them in depth and these are my 10 favorite ways. In this video I’m going to show you how to make campaigns in AdWords for your product listing ads. So the first thing we’re going to look at here is this is actually for be dancewear this is not for the asana yoga clothing brand that I’ve been working on. So if you go to your products you can see that these are the different products I have available and for instance here’s some SKUs or some item IDs

Blue dance skirts etc. etc. now if we go into google AdWords we see here that I have a bunch of the different campaigns and the way I have mine set up and I’d recommend setting them up is the campaigns are separated by the type of item it is and the reason is you’re able to use a better negative keyword targeting. So let’s walk through one of these campaigns. So I’ll make a new one I’ll make one that I’ve already have. So you can see it from scratch first go plus campaign shopping I’m going to call this one dance pants PL and I put a PL in the campaign name to signify product listing ads this is. So when I go in analytics I can see which of my campaigns or product listing ads and which ones are not Crunch you a country of sale we’re going to go to United States I’m just going to do only United States for me

Personally let’s say default bid of $20. and five dollars a day just to put something there and also put a schedule here like maybe you don’t want to show it in the mornings things like that you can create custom schedule change the times that you want to do it I’m not going to deal with that (more…)

Hey everyone in this episode of the Effective Ecommerce podcast I want to do something a little bit different I want to do an update episode because it’s been a little while obviously I had the intro about me at the beginning of the podcast but I haven’t really done an update Plus to be quite honest it’s the holiday season right now I’m recording this it’s just a few days before Christmas and I want to take a little break I just came off a vacation and I haven’t had time to record podcasts because I have some really good podcasts coming up that I want to give a lot of attention to and I want to make sure when I do finally release them that they’re really good. Day three of Expo West, driving down there right now from Santa Monica all different food vendors get together again suppliers. So I am going in there for the Performance Nut Butter project obviously I got last two days I got a ton of free bars crossbars bunch of three samples like that I’m also going down there to find net suppliers top of my co Packers you’ve been great. So far later in this video talk about all the lessons I’ve learned from three days of intense just learning from the food space yes pretty excited.
Main floor like it’s been put into that second upstairs are all the newbies people like me maybe one or two years how to make that established and then downstairs are the people that are kind of in between those start upstairs you get out go down to the basement I’ll get footage of that well and then eventually when you’re big you’re one hundred million dollars go down here my plan for this show your upstairs network for those people get to know what they’re doing then go downstairs see where they take in a few years good ideas for booth and then lastly the demonstration here in the main floor it’s pretty crazy look it up view of the back there for people all kind of get free samples everywhere I got a list those boobs.
